Watermelon Slush

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen watermelon chunks
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste

Method
 

  1. Combine frozen watermelon chunks, water, lime juice, and honey in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and slushy. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker slush, use more frozen watermelon chunks. You can also add a few ice cubes if your watermelon is not completely frozen.
