- Prepare the watermelon base. Cut the watermelon into rounds, about 1-inch thick. Place one round on a large serving platter.
- Make the yogurt topping. In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the watermelon round, leaving a small border.
- Add the fruit toppings. Arrange the mixed berries over the yogurt layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and shredded coconut, if using.
- Serve immediately. Slice the fruit pizza into wedges and enjoy.
Notes
For best results, use a seedless watermelon. You can substitute other fruits like kiwi, mango, or peaches for the berries.
