- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, about 6 minutes.
- Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, and paprika. Cook, stirring and adding more oil if the mixture is too dry, until the chicken is coated, about 1 minute more.
- Divide the chicken among the warmed tortillas. Top with your desired toppings.
