- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

- While the chicken is grilling, prepare the garlic yogurt sauce. In a small bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, and salt.

Notes
You can soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
