Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the brie on a baking sheet.
- In a small skillet, toast the chopped pecans over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are softened.
- Arrange the cooked peaches around the brie on the baking sheet. Drizzle the honey over the brie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with the toasted pecans, and serve immediately with sliced baguette.
Notes
You can also add a sprig of rosemary for garnish. If you don't have fresh peaches, you can use canned or frozen peaches, drained well.
