Ingredients
  

For the Oats
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup or to taste
For the Peach Crisp Topping
  • 1/2 cup Peach diced, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp Rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Butter melted

Method
 

  1. In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
  2. In a separate small bowl, mix the diced peach, rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter. This is your peach crisp topping.
  3. Pour the peach crisp topping over the oat mixture in the jar.
  4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving. Enjoy cold.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness to your preference. Feel free to add other fruits or nuts.
