Method
- In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir well to combine.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the diced peach, rolled oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter. This is your peach crisp topping.
- Pour the peach crisp topping over the oat mixture in the jar.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
- Stir before serving. Enjoy cold.
