Ingredients
  

For the Bark
  • 12 oz White chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 1 cup Pretzels broken into pieces
  • 1 cup Crispy rice cereal
  • 1/2 cup Red candy melts optional, for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup Blue candy melts optional, for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup Star sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup Red, white, and blue sprinkles

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips according to package directions. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the broken pretzels and crispy rice cereal to the melted white chocolate. Stir gently until everything is coated.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. If using, melt the red and blue candy melts separately according to package directions. Drizzle them over the white chocolate mixture.
  6. Immediately sprinkle the star sprinkles and red, white, and blue sprinkles over the bark.
  7. Let the bark set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm.
  8. Once set, break the bark into pieces.

Notes

Store the bark in an airtight container at room temperature.
