- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, brown sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger. Set aside.
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet with the beef and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet with the beef and sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. You can also add vegetables like broccoli florets or sliced bell peppers to the stir-fry.
