- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the drumsticks on the preheated grill. Grill for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the skin is golden brown and slightly crispy.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
