Garlic Steak Tortellini

This recipe combines tender steak, fresh vegetables, and cheesy tortellini with a flavorful garlic parmesan sauce. It's a quick and satisfying meal perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients
  

For the Steak and Veggies
  • 2 strip steaks Steak cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil or olive oil
  • 1 large Onion sliced
  • 1 large Zucchini cut into smaller pieces
  • 10 oz Grape tomatoes
  • Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter Seasoning
For the Tortellini
  • 19 oz bag Frozen cheese tortellini plus water for cooking
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese

  • Griddle dome

Method
 

  1. Cut the strip steaks into cubes. Slice the onion and cut the zucchini into smaller pieces.
  2. Heat your griddle over medium heat. Add the avocado oil or olive oil. Add the sliced onion, zucchini, and grape tomatoes to the griddle. Season with Heath Rile’s Garlic Butter Seasoning. Add the cubed steak to the griddle and season with the same seasoning.
  3. Add the bag of frozen tortellini to the griddle. Pour about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water over the tortellini. Cover the tortellini with a griddle dome and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the tortellini is tender and cooked through.
  4. Once the tortellini is cooked, stir in the Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic sauce. Remove the tortellini from the griddle.
  5. Stir the vegetables and steak on the griddle until they are cooked to your preference. Top the tortellini with the cooked vegetables and steak. Finish with shredded Parmesan cheese and serve.

Notes
