Fourth of July Berry Popsicles

Make these easy berry popsicles for your Fourth of July celebration. They are a refreshing and simple dessert.

Ingredients
  

For the Popsicles
  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle molds

Method
 

  1. Combine the mixed berries, water, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  4. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.

Notes

You can adjust the sugar to your preference. For a creamier popsicle, you can add a tablespoon of yogurt or coconut milk to the mixture before blending.
