Method
- Combine the mixed berries, water, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
- To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to release the popsicles.
Notes
You can adjust the sugar to your preference. For a creamier popsicle, you can add a tablespoon of yogurt or coconut milk to the mixture before blending.
