Ingredients
  

For the Dish
  • 1 pound Kielbasa sausage sliced
  • 1 pound Fresh green beans trimmed
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes undrained, 14.5 ounce
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

  1. Place the sliced kielbasa, trimmed green beans, undrained diced tomatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic into your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt over the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, until the green beans are tender.
  4. Let the dish rest for 1 hour before serving.

Notes

You can serve this dish on its own or over rice or pasta.
